Our goal is for all of our clients to feel empowered to choose their own team during the dying process. Your team may consist of medical professionals, the doula, family, and loved ones. Our job is to facilitate and guide the team so that everyone is working together to accomplish the goals of the dying.

Logistics

Paperwork is often the last thing on your mind. It can be overwhelming, confusing, and yet needs to be done correctly. We can help you navigate the details so that you can focus on the present moment. Completing advanced health care directives, DNR orders, creating a health care power of attorney, choosing the right hospice, funeral planning, legacy projects, memorial gardens, and help with home organization and estate sales are some of the services we provide.

Care consultant

At Bridges, we are here for more than death and dying. We understand that in-home care is hard to secure in our community. We can provide that care, including meeting basic needs and companion care. We can do light housework, shopping, and help with transportation, to name a few of our services.

End-of-life care

We live in a time when technology is exceeding our understanding of mortality. We offer alternatives for the many ways one can choose to die.
